Filling out a standard government form should not require an account, a plan, or a sales call. So I built the tool I wanted: answer plain questions, get the official Ontario standard lease filled out correctly, download it. Free.
How the money works
Filling and downloading your Ontario standard lease is free, with no account. If you want the lease signed electronically, that costs C$4.99, once. That one fee pays for the servers and email delivery. That’s the entire business model. No subscription, no data resale, no premium tier.
Keeping the form current
Ontario Lease Form fills the official Residential Tenancy Agreement (Standard Form of Lease) published by the Government of Ontario, Form 2229E (2020/12). When Ontario updates the form, this site updates with it or says so.
